AI-ternative Hub provides users with tools to generate text-based content ("Output") using artificial intelligence, powered by third-party APIs such as Google Gemini.
3. User Responsibilities
a) Input:
You are solely responsible for the text prompts and topics you enter ("Input"). You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, infringing on any third-party rights, or promotes misinformation or violence.
b) Output:
The AI-generated Output is provided for informational and creative purposes only.
- Review: Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, biased, or offensive content. You must review all Output for accuracy and appropriateness before use.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of the Output. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the content generated by the Service. The Output does not represent our views.
- Ownership: As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the Output you create. You grant us the right to use your Input and Output to provide and maintain the Service.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service
- Using automated systems, scrapers, or bots to access the Service in a manner that degrades the experience for other users or attempts to extract data in bulk
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the Output will be accurate, reliable, or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall AI-ternative Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or the Output generated by it.
7. Subscription Terms and Billing
a) Free Trial:
New users are eligible for a 10-day free trial with enhanced daily credits. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier unless you subscribe to a premium plan.
b) Premium Subscriptions:
Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a) Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier.
b) No Refunds Policy:
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. This means:
- If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
- You will retain full access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for any subscription fees already paid, regardless of usage.
- Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the year and are non-refundable.
c) Free Trial Recommendation:
We strongly recommend using our 10-day free trial to evaluate whether our Service meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan. The free trial provides full access to premium features with no credit card required.
d) Exceptions:
Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent access to the Service for an extended period. Please contact us at aiternativehubapp@gmail.com to discuss any concerns.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
